Conductor Configuration
In addition to regular bare copper, tin plated, nickel plated, silver plated solid or stranded wires, we can also provide copper clad steel, silver plated copper clad steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, various copper alloys(tin-copper, iron-copper, silver-copper), thermocouple alloys and other types of special materials. Depending on the material, the smallest possible wire diameter is 0.025mm(50WAG).
Insulation/Jacket Extrusion
Depending on the properties of the materials, the thinnest wire that can be processed is 0.025mm thickness. The types of materials available is extensive, including PVC, PP PE, PU(PUR/TPU), TPEE, Nylon, PFA, FEP, ETFE PVDF, TPE, TPE-S, TPR, TPV, TPO, Silicone, XLPE, conductive plastic(PVC/PVC/TPU).
Shielding
We can provide shielded designs in all types of patterns, including spiral(smallest wire can be used is 50AWG), braid(smallest wire can be used is 50AWG), aluminum mylar, mylar, conductive films, low noise coating.
Wrapping
Aluminum mylar, mylar, e-PTFE, PI(polyimide) film, conductive film, non-woven fabric tape, cotton tape.
Filler/Reinforcement
Nylon yarn, cotton yarn, Kevlar, Nomex, Technora, glass fiber, PET yarn, water block filament, Polyester yarn.
EC-53 Low noise coating
This is a special treatment on a insulated wire surface to avoid electromagnetic interference for signal transmission. Especially the requirement of EC-53 regulation for the medical application.
